We're partnering with a high-growth supply chain transformation business that has built a strong reputation helping retailers, brands and logistics providers solve complex operational challenges across consulting, systems implementation, warehouse technology, automation and digital transformation.

With an established client base, strategic industry backing, proven delivery capability and ambitious growth plans, the business is entering its next phase of evolution.

The objective is clear:

Build a scalable commercial organisation capable of doubling revenue over the next two years.

This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a large sales team, review dashboards and manage forecasts from a distance.

The successful individual will be equally comfortable:

  • Opening strategic enterprise opportunities
  • Building pipeline from scratch
  • Coaching and developing sales talent
  • Establishing commercial process and discipline
  • Creating repeatable go-to-market motions
  • Partnering with subject matter experts to win complex transformation programmes

You'll inherit specialist sales capability across multiple service lines and work directly with senior leadership to create the commercial infrastructure required to support significant future growth.

We're particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have successfully sold consulting, transformation, implementation or technology-enabled services into logistics, supply chain, retail or operations environments.

You may currently be:

  • VP Sales
  • VP Business Development
  • Commercial Director
  • Head of Sales
  • Chief Revenue Officer
  • Sales Director within a high-growth specialist business

Most importantly, you'll be a builder.

Someone who has personally generated pipeline, won complex enterprise opportunities and helped create commercial structure where little previously existed.

You'll understand the realities of selling into logistics and supply chain organisations and possess the credibility to engage with operational leaders, technology stakeholders and executive decision-makers alike.
