Auxo is hiring a VP of Product & AI for a startup transforming procurement and supply chain through AI-powered automation.
You'll work directly with the CEO to own product strategy, ship AI-native features that drive real business value, and help scale an enterprise-grade B2B platform.
This is a highly hands-on product leadership role. The ideal candidate enjoys spending as much time in product discovery, requirements, feature design, and execution as they do in strategy and team leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who has shipped complex SaaS products, thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, enjoys getting into the details, and wants to shape the future of an entire category.
What You'll Do
- Own product vision and roadmap across the core platform, AI strategy, and ERP integrations while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day product execution
- Translate business goals into a clear, outcome-driven product strategy
- Design and deliver AI-native features that create value for industrial users – PO parsing, smart workflows, agent copilots, and more
- Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
- Work directly with engineering on feature design, technical trade-offs, and implementation details
- Shorten time to value by driving product-led onboarding and self-serve adoption
- Stay close to customers through interviews, discovery sessions, and product feedback loops
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to shipped features and measurable outcomes
- Define KPIs, release cadence, and operating rhythms that align execution with business goals
- Coach and grow a small, senior product team as the company scales
- Expand integration capabilities with SAP, Genius, Epicor, and other ERP platforms
Who You Are
- 8+ years of product leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, including Director or VP-level responsibilities
- Strong hands-on product management experience with a proven ability to operate as both an IC and a leader
- Deep understanding of how to deliver AI-enabled product features that solve real business problems
- Experience writing PRDs and working directly with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify, prioritize, and move quickly in a growing environment
- Strong communicator who can align executives, engineers, and customer-facing teams around shared goals
- Comfortable navigating stakeholder complexity in enterprise environments
- Excited by ambiguity and willing to get deep into the details to make products successful
- Bonus: Experience with procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, ERP, or operational software
