As a Vice President, you’ll join a team of seasoned search professionals, many of whom have worked together for decades. Mandrake primarily operates on a retainer basis but also offers a non-retained service through its subsidiary, MandrakeConnect!Our search work primarily focuses on senior executive roles, but we also lead searches for senior manager-level positions to meet our client’s diverse hiring needs.
Your responsibilities as a Vice President will include prospecting new business, building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and developing a professional network that leads to new business opportunities.
What you will bring
5+ years of experience in executive search.
A desire to build a substantial search practice.
