Help individuals by offering assistance with daily tasks like grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping. You will also monitor health conditions, ensuring clients’ safety and comfort in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver daily personal care and assistance
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals
• Help clients with mobility and transfers
• Conduct light cleaning and laundry duties
• Monitor changes in client behavior and report accordingly
Requirements:
• Must possess PSW certification or equivalent qualifications
• Strong commitment to client-centered care
• Availability for weekend shifts and travel between locations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Immunizations and CPR certification preferred
