Wood Buffalo Animal Hospital seeks a Registered Veterinary Technologist to assist with medical and surgical procedures while building positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist veterinarians in medical, surgical, and dental procedures
• Prepare instruments and patients for surgery
• Administer and monitor medications as directed
• Provide exceptional service to clients and their pets
• Maintain a warm and welcoming environment at the hospital
Requirements:
• Registered Veterinary Technologist or VTNE eligibility
• Good standing with the provincial regulatory association
• Completion of a 2 or 3-year accredited veterinary program
• Strong communication and compassion skills
• Ability to cover a year and a half with potential for full-time
