As a Verizon Sales Associate, you take pride in solving problems, which is at the core of both great service and great sales. Our training focuses on the benefits of the Verizon Fios network and integrated security, preparing the Verizon Sales Associate for consultative conversations. You’ll hunt for the best outcome for each customer, architecting their digital resilience.
Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Associate
- Lead direct consultations with residents, showcasing Verizon Fios Internet and Wireless as the best solution for modern households.
- Identify connectivity gaps and recommend Verizon Fios services that improve everyday living.
- Walk customers through billing and account setup with clarity and professionalism.
- Offer bundled packages that increase household savings and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with Verizon Sales Associates to align sales readiness with customer expectations.
- Strengthen customer relationships with follow-ups that turn first-time sales into long-term loyalty.
Minimum Qualifications of the Verizon Sales Associate
- Experience in sales or customer support where customer engagement was critical.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
