As a venture capital investment manager, you invest in startups in the technology sector. You play a key role in the startup, management, development and growth of Quebec businesses operating in the technology sector and requiring capital.
You are
responsible for the profitability of your investment portfolio and for providing support and maintaining business relationships with the companies in your portfolio. You lead, influence and serve as expert advisor for companies in your portfolio to create value. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. Your very highly complex work and initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work and comprehensive, in-depth understanding of the organization.
