Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an energetic, drivenVehicle Merchandiser. You will oversee the digital merchandising of new and pre-owned vehicles. We are looking for a creative, dynamic and above all autonomous person to own this initiative!
Record used vehicle walk around videos.
Create detailed descriptions for used vehicles.
Manage inventory and content on the store’s website.
Maintain and create unique content for our Facebook, Instagram, and other social media sites.
Assemble and maintain customer sales files and contracts.
Perform daily quality control through vehicle management systems.
Assist with special projects and events when necessary.
Other duties as required.
What is required for the position?
Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate information accurately, clearly, and as intended.
Accurate and efficient typing skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines.
Previous photography and editing experience is an asset.
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
Ability to work independently and within a team; multi-task, prioritize actions, excellent personal organization and strong communication skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task and set priorities to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of AMVIC advertising guidelines would be an asset
Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines.
Dependable and reliable.
Sound, practical business judgment, and a problem-solving, client focused, results-oriented approach.
Excellent document creation, reviewing, and proofreading skills with a high level of proficiency related to business correspondence and communications.
Process-oriented; superior attention to detail and accuracy.
