Genesis Brampton seeks a Vehicle Inventory Manager who will maintain and organize vehicle inventories, preparing essential documents to facilitate smooth operations. This full-time Sales Administrator role leverages your strong communication skills as you support a proactive sales team and ensure an excellent customer experience in a rapid-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and prepare car inventories for the showroom
• Prepare key tags, stock cards, and file folders for vehicles
• Process external work invoices and submit them to accounting
• Register certified and used vehicles after sale
• Arrange vehicle transportation and deliveries as needed
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of dealership sales administration experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and multitasking
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability for evening work
