🚨 Hiring: Content Designer / UX Writer (Toronto – Hybrid)
We’re looking for a talented Content Designer / UX Writer to join a high-impact digital team working on a customer-facing onboarding experience.

📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite + alternating Fridays)
⏳ Duration: 6-month contract (strong chance of extension)
🚀 Start: ASAP (flexible for the right person)
Pay Rates:
T4: 55-57/hr
IC: 63-65/hr
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
• Owning and improving microcopy across onboarding/application flows
• Writing for forms, buttons, error states, and guidance content
• Collaborating with product, design, and stakeholders
• Optimizing content to improve user engagement and conversion
• Contributing to journey mapping, discovery, and UX strategy
✅ What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years in UX writing, content design, or digital copywriting
• Strong experience with microcopy and transactional journeys
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, user-friendly content
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
⭐ Nice to have:
• Financial services or banking experience
• Conversion-focused or marketing copy background
