This full-time temporary position eph’s Health Centre requires a dynamic individual ready to handle unit dose distribution, intravenous preparations, and medication inventory. Your mission is to deliver outstanding service while ensuring pharmaceutical accuracy. Embrace a role that fosters patient trust and care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct all technical aspects of unit dose medication distribution
• Prepare and manage intravenous admixtures, including chemotherapy
• Ensure proper narcotic and controlled substance preparations
• Maintain inventory controls and ward stock replenishments
• Support Med Rec by obtaining BPMHs from patients
Requirements:
• Completed Pharmacy Technician Program from an accredited college
• Registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Strong technical acumen to learn new technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows 10
• Ability to thrive in an interdisciplinary team
