Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Underground Construction Laborer to join our team. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with trenching, digging, and backfilling operations
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Support pipe laying and conduit installation
- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
- Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred (underground utility experience is a plus)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, digging)
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and varying conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Valid driver’s license required.
