Evi Smart seeks an experienced UI/UX Designer with over 5 years in product or UX design. You’ll independently run user research, shaping workflows for dentists and lab owners alike. As you define the design language, your work will directly impact the whole engineering team and enhance user experiences across diverse interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research through interviews and usability testing
• Own UX across two product squads, desktop and mobile
• Transition from discovery to dev-ready specifications
• Create a design system and component library for scaling
• Validate strategies with feedback from 2,000+ real users
Requirements:
• 5+ years in UX design, B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Proven ability to conduct user research independently
• Strong skills in Figma, prototyping, and interaction design
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing complex product design work
