Job Summary

Responsible for safe and accurate load control, ensuring operational efficiency and on-time performance through effective coordination and compliance with procedures.

Your activities

  • Physical, on-ground coordination.
  • Acts as the main liaison between the flight crew, ground handlers, fueling team, and catering.
  • Oversees the entire aircraft turnaround process, ensuring safe loading/unloading, catering, and cleaning.
  • Managing last-minute changes (LMC) at the gate.
  • Audit Responsibilities Conduct regular audits of turn processes, safety compliance, and procedural adherence.

    Document findings and ensure timely follow‑up on corrective action

  • Coaching and Debriefing Lead post‑turn debriefs with ramp teams to review performance, safety observations, and improvement opportunities.

    Provide real‑time coaching during and after turns to reinforce standards and expectations.

  • Read & Sign Compliance Oversight Ensure all required Read & Signs are completed accurately and on schedule.

    Track compliance and escalate gaps when necessary.

  • Discipline Based on Audit Findings Initiate and document corrective or disciplinary actions when audits identify non‑compliance or unsafe behavior

    Work with leadership and HR to ensure consistency and fairness in the process.

  • Qualifications

  • Airside Permit Requirement (DA/AVOP), required to hold and maintain a valid DA/AVOP.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Work independently and as a team;
  • Eligible to work in Canada with an open, valid work permit.
  • Act as a resourceful person who can remain calm under pressure to obtain clear information and relay the same precisely.
  • Capacity to evaluate and analyze operational needs;
  • Able to multitask and prioritize;
  • Ability to relate to Customers, Management, other employees, and other Agencies;
