Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Branch Manager to lead our pest control operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily business activities, manage a team of technicians and sales staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive growth, uphold safety standards, and foster a positive work environment. Duties
- Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, service delivery, and quality assurance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base through effective pest control, lawn care, and landscaping services
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, pesticide application standards, and company policies
- Conduct training sessions on pest control techniques, use of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and manage driving schedules for technicians and sales personnel
- Build strong relationships with customers by addressing concerns promptly and providing expert advice on pest prevention and land management
Skills
- Proven experience in sales within pest control, lawn care, farming, or related industries
- Knowledge of pest management techniques and environmentally friendly practices
- Familiarity with landscaping, agriculture, or farming operations is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with vehicle maintenance is advantageous
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers and motivate staff effectively

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
