Trucking Billing & Compliance Coordinator
Location: Tracy, CA
Work Setting: Private home office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6–8 hours per day. Hours may vary depending on season and workload.

We are a growing trucking company looking for someone experienced in trucking billing and DOT compliance. We need someone organized, reliable, and able to take ownership of billing, paperwork, and compliance tracking.
This position is based out of our private home office in Tracy, CA. We are a family-owned company, so the role is hands-on and you will work directly with ownership.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing and invoicing
- Review rate confirmations, PODs, and BOLs
- Follow up on missing paperwork
- Submit invoices and track payment status
- Assist with owner-operator settlements
- Maintain Driver Qualification files
- Track CDL, medical cards, registrations, permits, insurance, and inspections
- Keep compliance records organized and audit-ready
- Use Google Sheets to track billing and compliance items
- Work in PCS TMS for load and billing information
Requirements
- DOT Compliance experience is required
- Experience with trucking billing and paperwork
- Knowledge of DQ files, medical cards, CDL tracking, registrations, permits, inspections, and insurance documents
- Comfortable using Google Sheets
- PCS TMS experience preferred
Important: DOT Compliance experience is a must. Google Sheets and PCS TMS can be taught to the right person, but the candidate must understand trucking compliance.
