Trial Attorney Personal Injury Jobs in Flushing, NY at Confidential
We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our team (FT is preferred). This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with significant courtroom experience and a passion for plaintiff advocacy. The ideal candidate is both an independent litigator and a strong team collaborator who can work seamlessly with attorneys and paralegals.
​​KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Trial & Litigation Leadership
- Lead and supervise complex personal injury cases through trial and verdict.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, expert coordination, dispositive motions, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in various legal proceedings and confidently advocate for clients before judges and juries in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Settlement Negotiation:
- Negotiate aggressively with insurance carriers and defense counsel to maximize case value.
- Balance strategic settlement opportunities with full trial readiness.
- Handle a wide range of policy limits, including high-exposure and seven-figure cases; results are recognized and rewarded.
​​Qualifications:
- Active NJ/NY Bar is required
- Proven trial experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
- Experience in complex litigation, including municipal liability, premises liability, trucking and commercial vehicle cases, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury claims.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
