Position Responsibilities
* Assisting climbers and equipment operators on job sites
* Dragging brush and feeding wood chippers
* Operating chainsaws and other tree service equipment safely
* Job site setup and cleanup
* Loading/unloading equipment and materials
* Supporting safe and efficient daily operations
Qualifications
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
* Reliable transportation and punctuality required
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
* Experience with chainsaws, landscaping, or tree work is a plus, but willing to train the right person
* Valid WI driver’s license required
