Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate tree health, size, location, and potential hazards.
- Prepare detailed and transparent estimates for tree trimming, pruning, removal, rigging, and other landscaping services based on project scope.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, explain service options, and provide professional recommendations for tree care and landscape improvements.
- Coordinate with crew members to ensure the proper use of equipment like bucket trucks and bucket operation tools while adhering to safety standards.
- Utilize technical skills in rigging and land surveying to determine the best approach for complex tree removals or pruning projects.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, project details, and client communications to support ongoing project management.
Qualifications
- Proven growing experience in horticulture, arboriculture, or tree service maintenance with a strong understanding of tree care practices.
- Familiarity with rigging techniques, bucket truck operation, and safety procedures related to tree removal and landscaping.
- Hands-on experience with bucket operation equipment used in tree trimming and landscape work, preferred.
- Strong background in tree trimming, pruning, lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or land surveys related to landscaping projects.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain estimates and project details to clients and team members.
