What You’ll Be Doing
- Ascending and working in tree canopies using SRS/MRS climbing systems
- Performing pruning, removals, cabling, and technical rigging
- Operating ground equipment (chipper, skid steer, grapple truck)
- Communicating with crew leads and clients professionally
- Following ANSI Z133 safety standards on every job
What We Are Looking For
- ISA Certified Arborist preferred — or actively working toward certification
- Proven climbing experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Familiarity with proper pruning standards (ANSI A300)
- Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus
- Strong work ethic, punctual, team-oriented
- Ability to pass background check
