Compensation
- Guaranteed weekly base pay

- Annual earning potential:
- Techs: $60,000+
- Experienced Builders/Diagnostics: Up to $150,000+
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in transmission repair, rebuilding, diagnostics, or installation
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Ability to diagnose and explain vehicle issues
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to continue learning automotive technologies
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must have your own tools (shop-owned scanner provided)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, remove, repair, rebuild, and install transmissions
- Work on domestic and foreign vehicles
- Perform pre- and post-repair test drives
- Operate shop equipment and tools safely
- Document repair findings accurately
- Work with factory information, TSBs, aftermarket systems, and ATRA resources
- Perform adaptation relearns and transmission programming when needed
Builder Candidates Should Have
- Experience rebuilding transmissions
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability
- Basic automotive electrical knowledge
- Experience ordering parts and processing repair information
Diagnostic Technicians Should Have
- Strong automotive diagnostic experience
- Electrical diagnostic experience preferred
- Ability to identify issues quickly and accurately
- Customer-focused communication skills
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- No weekends
