In this role on the Quality Assurance Team, you will collaborate with the Maintenance Team to bolster training initiatives for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. Your hands-on approach and leadership skills will be vital as you deliver maintenance programs, conduct evaluations, and help empower personnel through continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive maintenance training programs
• Design instructional content aligned with regulatory standards
• Administer initial and recurrent technical training
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Aircraft Maintenance Engineers
• Analyze maintenance trends and implement targeted solutions
Requirements:
• Valid Transport Canada AME M1 and/or M2 License
• Minimum five years of experience in aircraft maintenance
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
