Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair tractors, lawn mowers, and a variety of agricultural equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations with customers when needed.
- Create and manage work orders, purchase orders, and invoices using our shop management software.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Experience repairing tractors, lawn mowers, or agricultural equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Comfortable using computer software to create work orders and related documentation.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach when interacting with customers.
- Valid driver’s license is an asset.
