Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in upselling and suggest complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts
- Uphold phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or online channels
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Support team members in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards
Skills
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or merchandising preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently
- Customer service-oriented with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to upsell products tactfully and enhance the overall shopping experience
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is advantageous
Experience
Previous experience in vape industry would be an asset
