Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional assistance throughout their visit
- Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow
- Drive customer vehicles to designated parking areas with careful attention to safety and vehicle condition
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to relay customer needs and vehicle status updates
- Handle cash transactions accurately for any applicable fees or services, maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Support the dealership’s retail operations by assisting with basic cashiering tasks and retail math calculations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area to promote a welcoming environment
- Cover for courtesy driver when needed, giving rides to customers to and from the dealership.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance in the department. This includes cleaning floors, carrying out the trash, garbage cans, and cardboard boxes.
- Clean Service Drive, including grates, on Saturdays and/or during week as needed.
Skills
- Excellent guest services and hospitality skills, with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating manual transmission vehicles

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
