As an LPN, you will engage in various responsibilities, from conducting rTMS treatments to monitoring patient progress closely. Strong organizational skills are crucial while working alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to coordinate and enhance patient therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct rTMS treatments per established guidelines
• Observe and monitor clients during therapy sessions
• Establish strong client relationships for effective care
• Keep accurate treatment records and report concerns
• Manage inventory and assist with clinical tasks
Requirements:
• LPN license in good standing with training certification
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Reliable and patient-focused nursing approach
• Certification in CPR/AED and First Aid
• Experience with rTMS or similar therapies is beneficial
