Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related legal documents in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all title transactions, ensuring timely updates in the dealership’s database
- Assist sales teams with inventory management by verifying vehicle documentation and coordinating title transfers
- Communicate effectively with customers, lenders, and government agencies to facilitate smooth title processing
- Manage the dealership’s title pipeline, tracking pending transactions and following up on outstanding paperwork
- Support dealership operations by performing cashiering duties and handling customer inquiries with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to automotive titles, registrations, and inventory control
Requirements
- Proven experience in dealership administration, retail sales, or automotive repair environments is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in document processing and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, retail math, and dealership software tools is advantageous
- Prior experience in sales management or outbound sales is beneficial for understanding customer needs and closing deals
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
