What You’ll Do
Mount, balance, and install tires on passenger, light truck, and off-road vehicles
Perform flat repairs, rotations, and tire inspections
Diagnose tire wear patterns and recommend solutions
Maintain shop equipment and follow safety protocols
Work efficiently in a high-volume environment
What We’re Looking For
3+ years tire technician experience (high-volume shop preferred)
Strong wheel & tire package knowledge
Experience with low-profile and large diameter wheels (20”–26”+)
Ability to operate Hunter / Coats / Road Force equipment
Clean driving record (preferred)
Team player with a professional attitude
Pride in quality workmanship
