Spec R Motorsports is an independent, local wheel and tire shop aiming to deliver the best experience for our clients and staff. We offer high-quality wheels, tires, and related services to our awesome and dedicated customers through our friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated team.
Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking an experienced tire technician to work alongside our great team, in a long-term position. At Spec R, it is a demanding work environment with a high emphasis on teamwork, therefore, a lot of concentration and responsibility is required from each individual.
The fast-paced workflow creates enjoyable moments between teammates as everyone supports one another. But at the end of the day, all the hard work is rewarded through team bonding, self-improvement, and obtaining automotive/motorsports knowledge. We want to recognize and expand on a person’s talents and skills to help them build a future.

Tasks and duties:
Safety first, for employees and customers.
Always willing to learn something new each day.
Install, balance, rotate, and repair various types of tires while adhering to safe operation of all equipment.
Process incoming inventory and ensure it’s correct, then safely storing them.
Help to organize the shop, keep the environment clean at all times, and maintain shop equipment.
Having fun.
What we’re looking for:
Tire changing experience is an asset, further training will be provided.
High level of energy, discipline, responsibility, and commitment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly team-oriented environment.
Physical ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms throughout the day.
Basic computer skills required (i.e., spreadsheet data entry).
Motorsport DNA (e.g., track driving, autocross, etc.). Not essential.
Positions Available:
1 part-time position: welcome for students and offers flexibility for your hours.
1 full-time position

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
