Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Tire/Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior tire experience, including mounting, balancing, and repairing tires, but we are willing to train the right person. This position is great for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced automotive service team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services
- Inspect and replace tires, balance wheels, and repair punctures
- Check and top off all fluid levels (coolant, transmission, brake, etc.)
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors or management
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a lube or tire technician preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Basic mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to complete the Federal Form I-9 with acceptable documentation

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
