Duties
- Remove and replace tires efficiently using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper fitment and safety standards.
- Perform tire inspections to identify damage, uneven wear, or other issues requiring repair or replacement.
- Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to optimize vehicle performance and safety.
- Assist with other automotive services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Use automotive diagnostics tools to assess tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally.
Skills
- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on tire service.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.
- Experience with automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment.
- Knowledge of wheel alignment processes and vehicle maintenance routines.
- Ability to lift heavy tires safely and perform physically demanding tasks consistently.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive attitude toward sales and maintenance recommendations.
