The Test Lead/Analyst will participate as a member of the core project team and will report to the Project Manager. Key responsibilities associated with this role include the development test plans and processes, creation of a testing framework and creation of test scenarios, test cases, test tracking and reporting tools as well as the coordination and management of the testing process.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

· Development and maintenance of test plans and processes for each stage of testing throughout the project lifecycle.

· Leading test planning and preparation workshops.

· Leading the development of test scenarios, test cases and test data sets required to validate the solution.

· Coach and support project team members and business stakeholders in the development of test cases.

· Builds/implements test tracking and execution tools enable test progress monitoring, reporting and defect tracking and resolution.

· Captures, tracks, and facilitates remediation of testing issues and defects.

· Performing testing gap analysis, testing assessments, documenting risks, and identifying mitigating strategies.

· Identifying and supporting the creation of testing data requirements.

· Leading System and Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

· Communicating testing related risks and issues to the Project Manager.

· Developing test summary reports and test results reports for each stage of testing for the project. Qualifications Qualifications and Experience Considerations:

· Demonstrated experience as a project lead/test lead on an ERP project.

·

Project management

experience.

· Previous experience working with Public Sector. Summary The Project was established to implement an enterprise-wide scheduling and time reporting solution to enhance and streamline staff scheduling and time reporting processes. This new suite of business tools are key enablers necessary to realize the organization’s need to provide consistent, timely, efficient, and reliable time reporting and scheduling services to staff. The Project is focused on the design, build, and implementation of workforce management/scheduling solution.

The project is focused on implementing the application as an integrated “Software as a Service” (SaaS) solution and will be interfaced to several third-party applications including, but not limited to SAP Success Factors. The implementation of this suite of software is a complex undertaking; one that will introduce changes in business processes, practices, and the adoption of new digital technologies.

The initial solution configuration process is complete and now the focus is shifting to the planning and preparation of testing, training design and business readiness activities to support the adoption of the solution. The resource will work hand in hand with business stakeholders and project team members to support the business, and coordinate and deploy the solution across the organization while at the same time helping to mitigate service interruptions to business operations.
