Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tent Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and securing tents at various locations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, the ability to work with hand tools, and experience with physical outdoor work is an asset. The Tent Installer will play a vital role in delivering successful event setups and ensuring customer satisfaction through precise and efficient installation.
Responsibilities
- Follow plans and procedures
- Use hand tools and power tools to set up tent frames, poles, and fabric coverings securely.
- Ensure proper anchoring and stabilization of tents using appropriate techniques securing with ropes or stakes.
- Inspect all components for damage or defects prior to installation and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly.
- Assist with related tasks such as cleaning and maintaining equipment and depot facilities
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during setup.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and customer relations is an attribute
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation between job sites.
