· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
· 5+ years of professional experience in software development preferably as a Business Systems Analyst in Agile and Waterfall development
· Experience building scalable distributed systems with service-oriented architectures
· Knowledge of UML diagramming is a must
· Experience in SAFe, Scrum and Kanban preferred
· Ability to synthesize information into concise, logical summaries for audiences of varying levels of technical background
· Excellent written and oral communications.
· Ability to work effectively and independently on multiple simultaneous tasks within a fast-paced high tech customer service-oriented environment.
· Superior skill set, including analytical thinking and problem solving, presentation and facilitation and relationship building
· Connected Home product knowledge in TV, Internet, Home Phone and Smart home Monitoring preferred.
