Position Overview
As a Technician / Insecticide Applicator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mosquito, tick, and pest control treatments to residential and commercial customers. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, requiring attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and service excellence. You will represent the company in the field, ensuring every property is treated effectively, safely, and with care.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply mosquito, tick, and pest control treatments according to company protocols and state regulations
- Safely handle, mix, and apply insecticides and control products
- Perform property inspections to identify treatment areas and potential issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, answering questions and providing education when needed
- Maintain accurate service records, route logs, and application documentation
- Operate and maintain service equipment, tools, and company vehicles
- Follow all safety guidelines, environmental standards, and PPE requirements
- Identify and report service concerns, customer feedback, or property challenges to management
- Uphold company standards for appearance, professionalism, and customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain state pesticide applicator license (or currently licensed)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently
- Physically able to walk properties, carry equipment, and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic mechanical or equipment troubleshooting skills a plus

- Prior pest control or lawn care experience preferred, but not required
- Training provided for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
