Talent Sphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of Canada’s fastest growing suppliers of HVAC products within Canada. They have been around for nearly 20 years and are working with industry leaders across North America. This individual would be working with their procurement team in product development and work with their customers as a technical sales engineer. We are searching for an individual with knowledge and experience in HVAC products and product specifications with great

communication skills

, who can build strong client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

Research and provide recommendations on new products, services, programs and market trends to internal and external stakeholders. Develop and launch new products simultaneously with the sales team Stay up to date on the latest changes in industry regulations and technical requirements Develop, maintain, and update product spec sheets and Revit Families for distribution Interpret engineer drawings and complete take-offs/spec conversions and bid proposals for projects.

Work with the sales team to position our products in the competitive landscape Conduct visits with the sales team to engineers and distributors to conduct Presentations, and Lunch and Learns Directly service customers via phone, counter & email on a daily basis. Consistently achieve a high level of customer service. Travel as needed across Canada and USA to visit customers and exhibit at trade shows Support customer inquiries with technical guidance on HVAC products and applications Engage with stakeholders through tradeshows, meetings, and industry events to examine market opportunities and create new opportunities.

Required Skills and

Experience:

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships. Strong

multitasking

and time management skills. A minimum of five years of HVAC experience. Intimate knowledge on HVAC products, design and regulations specifically related to ventilation and AC

Experience with

CAD and Revit files is an asset Excellent writing and

communication skills
