Working within an ISO 17025 laboratory environment, the Technical Customer Service Representative will:

Assisting clients in understanding their testing options
Preparing competitive quotations
Coordinate the provision of sampling supplies to/from clients
Communicate with clients via phone, email, front desk as required
Seek to resolve any customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
Perform general office administration duties

Job qualifications include:

Previous Customer Service experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Mature and dependable individual
Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Academic background in science is desirable (chemistry, environmental science or biology)

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Wage is $21.00/hour to start and increases to $22.00/hour after 3-month probation period
