Responsibilities
- Be the go‑to person for tech troubleshooting and support
- Help set up and support video conferencing
- Learn how to manage service requests and keep systems running smoothly
- Update and maintain accurate records in Service Now
- Guide users on how to make the most of their technology
- Collaborate with IT professionals and participate in real‑world projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary degree
- Curious about technology and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and Teams
- Comfortable with web browsers and common tech tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Adaptable, organized, and ready to solve problems
- Previous IT coursework or experience is a bonus—but not required
