Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards, focusing on quality and presentation.
Efficiently manage high-volume kitchen operations.
Pack take-away orders, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
Take phone orders with accuracy and provide excellent customer service.
Serve food to customers in-house and coordinate with delivery drivers for take-away orders.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
Requirements:
Must be available Wednesday – Sundays (Must be available to work until 12:30am on Friday and Saturdays)
Proven experience in a fast-paced cooking environment.
Expertise in preparing smash burgers and understanding their specific cooking techniques.
Capable of standing for extended periods and multitasking effectively.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
Must be present in Canada (with a current and valid work permit, applicants outside of Canada or without a valid work permit will not be considered)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
