Overview
Local Pizza is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Team Members to join our growing team. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items following company standards
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory management
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support opening and closing duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food Safe certification is an asset
