As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff and maintaining open and honest communication with other leaders in the company. The ideal candidate for this position is a person who has good people skills, is an effective communicator, and has strong organizational skills. The Team Leader should possess the ability to understand complex problem solving and have the capability to deal with issues that arise in a timely manner and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Make sure the tasks are done by your team.
Coordinate everyone on your team to make sure that everything is running smoothly.
Responsible for fixing any problems on your team.
Responsible for communicating with upper management.
Provide technical guidance to your team.
Be available to answer questions from other teams.
