As a Team Lead, you will report to the Operations Supervisor and be responsible for key warehouse tasks such as order picking, replenishment, and shipping. You’ll also guide your team in following best practice processes while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. This role includes training new hires and ensuring productivity and quality goals are met daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform order picking, replenishment, and shipping tasks
• Train and support team members in warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards
• Lead daily shift briefings and address team concerns
• Monitor productivity and quality goals with operations supervisor
Requirements:
• Three years of warehouse experience with MHE
• Familiarity with RF-based Warehouse Management System
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience
• Forklift Certification required
• Willingness to participate in training programs
