The Team Lead duties include, but are not limited too:
Delighting guests with friendly and caring customer service representative of the A&W brand
Working as a team with co-workers to deliver outstanding guest experience and achieve service times
Spending a reasonable amount each shift on the floor assisting and working with employees
Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
Following food safety regulations and maintaining sanitation, health, orderly and clean eating and dining areas, as well as other facilities utilized by guests Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, sweeping and mopping floors
Job Requirements:
Some Restaurant Supervision experience (at least 6 months)
Food handling certificate Access to reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
Leader and a team player
Basic English language skills
