Spray-Net North Indy Compensation: $22 – $28/hr (based on leadership & experience)

Our exterior painting season is officially in full swing! Spray-Net North Indy is looking for a permanent Exterior Team Lead to run our outdoor job sites, manage our crew, and deliver factory-quality exterior finishes.
We want a dedicated leader who will crush the exterior season with us this summer, and transition into our indoor specialized cabinet painting projects come fall.

The Role & Responsibilities
As the Exterior Team Lead, you will manage a 3-4 person crew on-site while remaining hands-on with production:
- Crew & Site Management: Keep the team on schedule, assign prep/masking tasks, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and safely.
- Hands-on Production: Lead by example. You must be highly proficient with Airless Spraying on various exterior substrates (siding, brick, trim) and understand meticulous exterior prep.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary face of the company for homeowners on-site, walking them through the final product to ensure total satisfaction.
- Safety & Equipment: Maintain accountability for company equipment (sprayers, ladders, trucks) and ensure the crew works safely at heights.
Requirements:
1) Total alignment with our 5 Core Values (Team, Integrity, Excellence, Resourceful, Service).
2) Solid experience with Airless Spraying and high-end residential exterior painting.
3) Previous leadership experience (Crew Lead, Foreman, or running your own painting crew) is highly preferred.
4) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Noblesville and various local job sites.
5) Ability to work comfortably on ladders and at heights, and lift 50+ lbs
