Key Responsibilities:

• Handle email and phone communications from patients

• Schedule patient appointments for multiple clinic programs

• Manage and track clinic waitlists diligently

• Coordinate access for students to scheduling systems

• Maintain financial records and assist in fee collection

Requirements:

• Medical Office Assistant Diploma or similar qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field

• Proficiency in Google Docs, and scheduling software

• Strong organization and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge of University of Alberta procedures is a plus
