Requirements
- Experience as an educator, curriculum designer, or instructional designer
- Prior experience working on Mercor rubric-style tasks preferred
- Strong understanding of educational practices, curriculum development, or instructional systems
- Ability to design effective prompts and critically evaluate LLM responses
- Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
