BRONZE BAXX TANNING CONSULTANTS MUST :
- Be extremely reliable and committed to showing up for the team.
- Have open availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Bring experience in service or sales — backgrounds in salons, beauty, healthcare, or restaurants are all great fits.
- Be physically able to thrive in a fast-paced role, including cleaning tanning beds and saunas, doing laundry, and being on your feet throughout your shift.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Be a self-starter who’s hardworking, responsible, and confident.
- Handle multitasking in a busy, guest-focused environment.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Have the ability to work at multiple studio locations.
- Have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Love tanning and understand its benefits is a MUST.
- Have an interest in the beauty and wellness industry, and stay up to date on trends.
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our luxury standards.
