Recipe Development: Create and refine authentic tandoori recipes, experimenting with different marinades, spices, and cooking techniques to achieve optimal flavor, texture, and presentation.
Ingredient Procurement: Source high-quality ingredients, including meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and spices, ensuring freshness and authenticity in flavor.
Preparation and Marination: Expertly prepare and marinate various meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables for tandoori cooking, using traditional techniques and recipes to enhance flavor and tenderness.
Tandoor Operation: Operate and maintain tandoor ovens, ensuring proper temperature control and consistent cooking results for a variety of tandoori dishes.
Grilling and Cooking: Grill marinated items in the tandoor oven, monitoring cooking times and temperatures to achieve the desired level of char and doneness while preserving juiciness and flavor.
Quality Control: Maintain strict quality standards in food preparation, ensuring that all tandoori dishes meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of taste, texture, and presentation.
Kitchen Management: Oversee the tandoor section of the kitchen, managing inventory, coordinating with other kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
