About the team

As an Enablement Program Manager on Stripe’s Talent Management Team (part of the Talent & Development org), you will drive the development and delivery of training to support Stripes in understanding Talent programs. This person will have broad expertise in the learning design and talent management spaces, including content design and development,

change management

, program management, and virtual and IRL facilitation.

of designing, delivering, and evaluating exceptional learning experiences aligned to business strategy.

What you’ll doResponsibilities

Minimum requirements

Own the development of learning materials to support users in understanding talent programs (e.g. performance review, talent planning, performance management) Leverage a users-first,

change management

driven approach to design highly relevant, succinct, and clear enablement

Support key Stripe initiatives by owning, designing, and developing suites of enablement assets including job aids, manager guides, and live/virtual training sessions

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts during the design and development process, establishing project timelines, addressing user feedback, and ensuring alignment, engagement, and expectation management

Consult with business leaders to understand their needs and solicit their input, appropriate sponsorship, engagement, and alignment

Build with

change management

in mind, understanding the user impact of a program and building to support a smooth transition

Qualitatively and quantitatively assess and improve the effectiveness of training and enablement to demonstrate impact in line with business objectives

Facilitate and/or work with facilitators to deliver ongoing developmental experiences (primarily virtually via Zoom, some IRL)

Preferred qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in relevant L&D and Talent Management spaces

Extensive experience navigating ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale (experience designing learning experiences in a high-growth environment a plus)

Deep knowledge of adult learning principles to deliver programs Exceptional written and verbal

communication skills

Experience leveraging technology to curate and deliver high-impact learning

Experience building in a variety of learning formats: ILT (live and virtual) and on-demand
