Role Description
We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate for a remote, independent contractor position. This role involves connecting with prospective participants, conducting introductory conversations, supporting enrolment into leadership development programs, and maintaining ongoing communication with individuals interested in personal and professional growth.
Daily activities include outreach, relationship building, candidate screening, scheduling appointments, participating in training sessions, and supporting the growth of a professional learning community. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and ongoing mentorship within a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Interest in leadership development and continuous learning
- Experience in technology, consulting, project delivery, Agile, product, operations, or people leadership is considered an asset
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and digital communication platforms
