Core Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified engineering professionals.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and draft accurate job descriptions.
- Strategic Handson Sourcing Exp: Identify top-tier talent through LinkedIn, career websites, and technical job boards.
- Vendor Management: Work with Partner to fulfill Contracting Positions.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure all recruitment practices follow US & Canada labor laws, immigration policies, and visa regulations.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Must have 5–10 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, specifically in US engineering services and technology domains.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Engineering, Transportation, Aerospace and Defense, Hardware/Software hiring trends.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions/Indeed.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and strong negotiation tactics.
- Should be able to work in US Time zones – EST/CST/PST time zone.
